Main Text

The ISO has posted revised draft final tariff language for the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) initiative. The revised language is posted in a redlined MSWord document to facilitate review of specific comments supported by proposed changes. Incremental changes are highlighted where existing tariff language was previously redlined so stakeholders can determine which existing ISO tariff provisions and definitions have changed since the first draft. Some guideposts are also included where sections may have been moved but not significantly changed.

The redlined version is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/RevisedDraftFinalTariffLanguage-Redlined-EnergyImbalanceMarket.doc.

A clean version of the revised draft tariff, except for changes to existing ISO tariff provisions and definitions as noted above, is also posted for stakeholders comments at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/RevisedDraftFinalTariffLanguage-Clean-EnergyImbalanceMarket.doc.

Because of the limited time available before the ISO files this tariff language with FERC, the ISO will not schedule a comment period and call. However, the ISO welcomes and will review comments received prior to the filing on February 28, 2014.
