Energy Imbalance Market: Final Tariff Language Posted
The California ISO has posted the final tariff language for the Energy Imbalance Market initiative, which addresses stakeholder comments and other proposed changes to the draft language posted in February 2014.
The ISO has posted final tariff language for the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) initiative to its website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/FinalTariffLanguage-EnergyImbalanceMarket.doc. The changes address stakeholder comments and other proposed ISO clean up changes to the draft final tariff posted in February, 2014 for stakeholder convenience in reviewing the changes. The ISO does not intend to provide a comparison of these two versions. The filed tariff remains the official version and may include additional non-substantive clean up and formatting changes not reflected here.
More information on the Energy Imbalance Market initiative is available at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyImbalanceMarket.aspx.
