The following updates were made to the schedule:

• Added four EIM Governance Review Committee executive session teleconference meetings
• Added June 5, 2020 Board of Governors executive session teleconference meeting
• Changed May 13-14, 2020 Board of Governors and Committee meetings to executive
  session only
