- Expanded August EIM Governing Body meeting to Aug. 28-29, 2019
- Added Aug. 29, 2019 Board of Governors meeting
- Removed Oct. 16, 2019 EIM Governing Body executive session meeting
- Removed Oct. 17, 2019 Board of Governors executive session meeting
