The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on May 4, 2015 to discuss the draft tariff language for its Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Year 1 Enhancements Phase 1 initiative. The language is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/DraftTariffLanguage_EIMYear1Enhancements_Phase1.doc.
The draft tariff language addresses the following topics:

Use of available transfer capability for EIM transfers and enforcement of EIM transfer limits |
