WEIM Resource Sufficiency Evaluation Enhancements Phase 2: second revised final proposal posted
MESSAGE
The California ISO has posted a second revised final proposal for the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) Resource Sufficiency Evaluation Phase 2 initiative. The proposal, available on the initiative webpage, clarifies how lower priority exports may be curtailed. The ISO will present the proposal to its Board of Governors and the WEIM Governing Body for decision during the joint meeting on Dec. 14.
