The Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) Regional Issues Forum (RIF) will hold a meeting on Jan. 18, 2023, providing stakeholders an opportunity to present their perspectives on the upcoming Joint WEIM Governing Body and California ISO Board of Governors Feb. 1, 2023 decisional items. These items include the Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM), Governance Review Committee, and Day-Ahead Market Enhancements proposals.
The RIF is hosting this forum to facilitate stakeholder discussions and to provide the WEIM Governing Body and ISO staff additional insight into stakeholder perspectives. This is not intended to duplicate or displace formal ISO stakeholder processes, but, rather, is intended to be a RIF-facilitated forum aimed at augmenting existing stakeholder processes through presentations and verbal dialogue.
This RIF meeting is open to all interested stakeholders. If interested in speaking, please email Holly Taylor at htaylor@caiso.com, noting the specific topics you would like to address, by the end of the day on Jan. 6, 2023, and indicating your interest in being on the agenda.
The agenda along with the presentations will be available prior to the web conference on the Regional Issues Forum webpage. In addition, the web conference will be recorded and the video file posted on the RIF webpage. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the RIF Liaison Committee’s permission.
