To provide more time to consider stakeholder feedback, the California ISO is deferring the decision on the Day-ahead Market Enhancements (DAME) initiative to a future joint ISO Board of Governors and Western Imbalance Market (WEIM) meeting. This timeline extension will allow the ISO to further consider stakeholder feedback that included potential design alternatives before bringing a final design forward for a joint governance decision. The DAME initiative will remain on the agenda as an informational briefing item only, for the upcoming Feb. 1, 2023 joint ISO Board of Governors and WEIM Governing Body meeting.
