The California ISO will hold a hybrid public stakeholder meeting on May 10, 2023, to discuss the Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM) ISO Balancing Authority Area (BAA) Participation Rules issue paper and track A straw proposal. Attendees may choose to participate in-person at the California ISO, or virtually.
If you plan to attend the meeting in person, please register by end of day May 8. A negative COVID test, taken no more than 24 hours prior to your attendance, is required to attend in-person meetings. While we request that you provide your own test, we will have a limited number of test kits available at the ISO for those that need them. The testing is on an honor basis, and you are required to report your results when you check in. Individuals with a positive test result will not be able to attend in person; however, as noted, there are remote participation options.
The proposal and a presentation will be posted to the EDAM ISO BAA Participation Rules initiative webpage prior to the meeting. The meeting will be recorded and the file posted to the initiative webpage for a limited time. Any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments on the issue paper and track A straw proposal by end of day, May 17, 2023, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
