The California ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on Oct. 5, 2021, to discuss a proposed amendment to the corporate bylaws regarding the formation of certain advisory committees. The amendment, if approved by the ISO Board of Governors, would require the joint approval of the Board and the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Governing Body for establishing any future advisory committee charged with addressing the governance of the EIM or the joint authority shared by the two bodies. The amended corporate bylaws is available on the Western EIM Governance Review initiative webpage. A presentation will be posted prior to the call at this location.
