Starting Monday, May 16, 2022, the California ISO will start using a new vendor for sending email messages including customer notices, the Daily Briefing, news releases, Flex Alerts and Energy Matters blog summary.
Due to heightened security measures in place at many of our stakeholder businesses to protect from malicious viruses and email solicitations, there is a chance that our notices may not get to you or get flagged as SPAM following this transition.
Please have your IT department add the below domain and email addresses to your email whitelist to ensure uninterrupted receipt of California ISO notifications.

Stakeholders who use internet based email tools like Yahoo and Gmail should not experience a problem receiving the messages.
