The California ISO is preparing for the launch of two new Western Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) entities on March 25, 2021: Balancing Area of Northern California (BANC phase 2) and Turlock Irrigation District (TID). As part of the launch, a network model update will be deployed into production with the changes specific to these two entities. The deployment time and impacts will be the same process as a normal full network model deployment.
