Memorandum and Proposed Amendments to Charter for EIM Governance Posted

SUMMARY

The California ISO has posted a memorandum and proposed amendments to the Charter for Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Governance, which will be presented at the April 19, 2017 EIM Governing Body meeting.

MESSAGE

The ISO has posted a memorandum and proposed amendments to the Charter for EIM Governance to its website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/BoardCommittees/Default.aspx.  

At Chair Kristine Schmidt’s request, ISO Management has reviewed the Charter for EIM Governance and will present proposed amendments for consideration by the EIM Governing Body at its April 19 meeting. More details regarding the April 19 meeting, including the agenda and additional general session materials, will be provided in a subsequent market notice.
