The California ISO Full Network Model maintenance and update process occurs on a periodic basis. The time variability of the update process underscores the necessity and requirement for market participants to provide full and complete data and information well in advance of the time that the participant expects their new or modified facilities to connect or disconnect from the ISO grid.
To inform participants of the Full Network Model releases planned for the 2023 calendar year and to assist with timely provision of materials required for inclusion in the model, the ISO has posted the 2023 implementation schedule with critical milestones and Master File data freeze dates to the RC West Portal and on the ISO’s Network and Resource Modeling webpage and on the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) resources webpage.
