The ISO has postponed the posting of the revised straw proposal for the Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements initiative until after the stakeholder meeting discussion in Portland, Oregon on January 8, 2015. This delay allows stakeholders another opportunity to provide input on the topics addressed in the issue paper and straw proposal before the revised straw proposal is drafted.
The meeting agenda and presentation will be available by close of business January 6 on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyImbalanceMarketYear1Enhancements.aspx.
Please submit comments on the items discussed at the January 8 meeting to EIM@caiso.com by close of business January 22.
If planning to attend the meeting in person, please RSVP to SMC@caiso.com by January 2.
