The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on September 14, 2015 to discuss the draft final proposal for phase 2 of the Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements initiative. The proposal will be available on the ISO website at

After further review and stakeholder input, the ISO has narrowed the scope of the phase 2 initiative, and will post a draft final proposal. Topics that will be addressed in this phase include:
Topics proposed in the initial scope have either been deferred or will be discussed in a different forum.
