The California ISO scheduled a stakeholder meeting on August 12, 2015 at Puget Sound Energy to discuss the revised straw proposal for the Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements Phase 2 initiative. The proposal will be available on August 5. Comments on the proposal are due by August 26. Please RSVP by August 8 if attending the meeting in person.

The ISO scheduled a stakeholder meeting on August 12, 2015 at Puget Sound Energy to discuss the revised straw proposal for the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Year 1 Enhancements Phase 2 initiative. The discussion will also include data analysis of operational experience since the implementation of EIM six months ago.
The proposal will be available on the ISO website August 5 at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyImbalanceMarketYear1Enhancements.aspx. The revised proposal incorporates stakeholder input received on the phase 2 topics addressed in the issue paper and straw proposal.
The meeting agenda and presentation will be available at the link above by close of business August 10.
If you plan to attend the meeting in person, please RSVP to kosborne@caiso.com by August 8 to ensure space availability.
Please submit comments on the revised straw proposal to EIM@caiso.com by close of business August 26.
