Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements Phase 2 Draft Final Proposal Posted

 

 

Summary

The California ISO has posted the Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements Phase 2 draft final proposal which will be discussed at the September 14, 2015 stakeholder call.  Comments on the proposal are due by September 22.

The draft final proposal for phase 2 of the Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements initiative is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/DraftFinalProposal_EnergyImbalanceMarketYear1Enhancements_Phase2.pdf.  The ISO will discuss the proposal and address the following topics at its September 14, 2015 stakeholder call:

 

15-minute intertie scheduling points

Congestion settlement on energy imbalance market transfer limits

Dynamic market power mitigation

Outage management data transfer to the peak reliability coordinator

 

Please submit comments on the draft final proposal to initiativecomments@caiso.com by close of business September 22.
