Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements Meeting 1/8/15

The California ISO has scheduled a stakeholder meeting on January 8, 2015 in Portland, Oregon to discuss the Energy Imbalance Market Year 1 Enhancements revised straw proposal. The proposal will be available on December 31, 2014. Comments on the paper are due by January 22, 2015. If planning to attend in person, please RSVP by January 2, 2015.

The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder meeting to discuss the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Year 1 Enhancements revised straw proposal in Portland, Oregon on January 8, 2015. The proposal will be available by close of business December 31 on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyImbalanceMarketYear1Enhancements.aspx.
The revised straw proposal further defines the enhancements outlined in the issue paper and straw proposal including how to settle: 1) non-participating resources, 2) Green House Gas flag and cost based bid adder, 3) EIM transfer capability and transfer limit constraints, and 4) bidding rules on intertie scheduling points.
The ISO will post an agenda and presentation at the above web address by close of business January 6.
Please RSVP to smc@caiso.com by January 2, if you plan to attend the meeting in person.
Please submit comments on the revised straw proposal to EIM@caiso.com by close of business January 22.
