The ISO plans to activate the Available Balancing Capacity functionality in its production environment on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. This functionality allows Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Participating and Non Participating Resources to designate their available balancing capacity in their resources' EIM resource plan submission.
