The ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on September 4 to discuss the second revised straw proposal for the Day-Ahead Market Enhancements Phase 1 initiative addressing fifteen-minute granularity, which is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/SecondRevisedStrawProposal-Day-AheadMarketEnhancementsPhase1-Fifteen-MinuteGranularity.pdf.  This is the first of two phases of this initiative as described in the market notice issued on August 2, 2018.

An agenda and presentation will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative web page at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/Day-AheadMarketEnhancements.aspx.  A notice in the Daily Briefing will announce when the paper is posted. Stakeholders or other interested parties should sign up for the Daily Briefing, a once-a-day email summarizing that day's notifications.

The call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time.  The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO's permission.

Please submit written comments on the second revised straw proposal to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day September 18.
