The California ISO’s stakeholder process incorporates customer feedback into stakeholder initiatives and other topics most relevant to its stakeholders. In an effort to continuously improve the process, and streamline the submission and management of stakeholder comments, the ISO will be launching a new comments tool that standardizes the submission process with an online template.
The new tool will provide stakeholders the ability to sort and filter through comments on a single page and by an organization or question. The new process will also improve cybersecurity for the ISO and stakeholders.
The ISO will host a webinar on Friday, May 8, 2020, to provide stakeholders with an overview of the features and functionality of the new tool, expected to launch later this month. The launch will coincide with a training webinar open to all stakeholders to demonstrate the use of the tool.
This meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Stakeholders will have an opportunity to provide feedback during the stakeholder call.
