The California ISO has rescheduled the Automated Dispatch System (ADS) deployment dates from Oct. 13 and 14, 2020, to the following week on Oct. 20 and 21, 2020.
A crucial part of the ADS deployment requires network changes on the first day of the deployment. To ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to market dispatches, all ADS customers have been asked to test in advance of the deployment. The deployment is being moved to allow all of the customers to finish their network validations to prevent any issues following the deployment window.
The ISO is actively reaching out to customers who have not demonstrated connectivity in the production environment. The ISO is also providing a production connectivity support bridge, 1-866-528-2256; Passcode: 6087304 today and tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
